The registered office is the address for formal correspondence. It is not a place to visit, and it is not a returns address — this service sells no physical goods and there is nothing to send back.

A subscription to a software service that works out which class of source a record noise belongs to, from the timing of when the noise happens. It is supplied as digital content and access begins as soon as the subscription starts.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include VAT at 20%. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and can be cancelled in one step from the billing page at any time. Full terms are on the terms page, and cancellation and refunds are set out on the cancellation page.

There are no credit packs, no top-ups and no stored balance of any kind. A plan’s monthly allowance is a service usage allowance: it is not money, not stored value, cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferable.

This service does not sell records or equipment, does not assign any condition grade, score or valuation, takes no part in anything bought or sold, and provides no repair, adjustment or electrical guidance.

It accepts no uploads of any kind, neither recordings nor photographs.
