Prices are in US dollars and include VAT at 20%. There is no credit pack, no top-up and no stored balance in this product. The monthly allowance is a service usage allowance — not money, not stored value, not redeemable for cash and not transferable. It resets each period and does not roll over; if you run out, the only option is a larger plan.

Can I cancel, and can I get my money back?
You can cancel at any time from your billing page — the same number of clicks it took to subscribe, with no phone call and no email required.
You have 14 days to change your mind after subscribing, and another 14 days after each renewal. If you ask us to start the service straight away and tick the two boxes at checkout saying you understand that this ends your cancellation right, that right ends when the service starts. Both boxes are separate, neither is pre-ticked, and both are repeated in your order confirmation email. Full detail on cancellation and refunds.
How do the plans and the monthly allowance work?
Three plans, and that is all there is. There is no credit pack to buy, no top-up and no stored balance anywhere in this product. The allowance on your plan is a service usage allowance — it is not money, not stored value, cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferable.
It resets each period and does not roll over. If you run out, the only option is a larger plan. You must be 18 or over to subscribe; under-18s may use the free plan with a guardian’s agreement. Prices are in US dollars and include VAT at 20%.
